If you receive a damaged package, report it to the courier immediately and sign for it with a reservation. For any problems, contact us within 48 hours at supporto@etereofragrances.com. If the package is visibly damaged, you may reject it.

If there are delays or problems, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Any subsequent attempt will be at the customer's expense.

You have 14 days to return the products, provided they are sealed and unused. Note:

• Full-size perfumes are returnable only if unopened and in original packaging.
• Discovery Kits cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made to you within 14 days of receiving the products, using the same method of payment. Make sure the products are intact and in the original packaging: we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
