Shipping costs

• Italy: Free shipping, except for Discovery Kits, which have a fixed shipping cost of €5
• European Union: €10, with a reduced rate of €5 for Discovery Kits
• Non-EU countries: €30 for all orders, including Discovery Kits

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and type of product.

Important notes
If your country has restrictions on certain ingredients, please check with your local customs authorities before placing an order.
If you receive a damaged package, report it to the courier immediately and sign with reservation. Alternatively, you may refuse the package.

In case of delays or delivery problems, we will get in touch to arrange a new shipment. Any subsequent delivery attempts will be at the customer's expense.

Your transactions are protected by SSL encryption and your payment details are not stored, giving you peace of mind.

You have 14 days to return the products, provided they are sealed and unused. Note:

• Full-size perfumes are returnable only if unopened and in original packaging.
• Discovery Kits cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made to you within 14 days of receiving the products, using the same method of payment. Make sure the products are intact and in the original packaging: we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
